Chipping a way 2 tenths at a time... Italian sausage with green peppers, french fries, nachos, pretzels, pizza, and beer NOT. Those are the things I resisted for 5 hours at the basketball arena last night. There was no finer determination.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
