I understand Jamie, that is one of the most frustrating things especially when you feel you are doing things the right way. I just tell myself that my body is testing me to see if I am for real with the weight loss and that if I keep at it I will see results. Just remembr it is a marathon, not a sprint.

You are not a fat pig! You are a beautiful young lady. Do not let the weight define who you are. You just stay way from high calorie fried foods and snacks and sugary drinks, drink lots of water, move around and keep your head up. You are loved. You are beautiful. May God Bless you on this journey!

I can relate to the self loathing but try not to think these negative things about yourself. I know it is easy to let your weight define you but you are more than a number on a scale. :) You are a beautiful young woman who is taking control of her life. Be proud of yourself for recognizing that you are ready to make positive changes in your life. You are actively working each day to become the healthiest version of yourself possible and that is a reason to love, not hate yourself. Chin up! You're well on your way. :D

Please don't hate yourself. I went through school as a fat kid and I know how hard it can be. If I could go back in time and give myself advice it would be this: 1. Food is not a bundle of calories. Each and every food is different and reacts in everyone's body differently, you need to find the foods that work for you and your body. 2. Most nutritional information provided at schools or by the government are not backed by science. Try to unlearn what you've been taught and look to eating traditional whole food. 3. Most important of all... it is NOT YOUR FAULT! We have all grown up in a time of bad information and a toxic food landscape yet we can't figure out why the health of the world is falling into such disarray. I wish you good luck on your journey and don't get down on yourself!
