I don't know my weight because I'm still at the gym but major workout (: I know that it's a small workout for.most but its alot for me lol. I will update weight when I get home!
192.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
