How to log exercise in the pool?
I had surgery back on August 22nd and have been stuck in bed for months. The doctor is releasing me for pool therapy. I am trying to figure out how to log time walking in the pool. There is no option for that in my categories. I looked it up online and it says about 550 to 563 calories per hour for 155 lb person. How do I do this?

Incorrect Date
If you are using a computer, you can click on your "Weight History". On the side column, you have those choices under "my diet" tab. Hope that helps

Morning Workouts
Put your alarm clock in the farthest spot from your bed so that you have to get up and walk to turn it off. I had to do that so I would not just hit snooze and roll over. Then once you are across the room away from the bed, make your decision of sticking with your workout. Smile
