didnt log my food the last few days bc my mom has been visiting and just left and has been taking up all of my spare time. She is gone now so I am back on track. I was sure not to stray and weighed in a few times to double check, but still feel rotten for not taking the time to do this. Signed on for a 4 week boot camp to get my fitness routine kicked off. hope i dont die !! wedding planning has been stressing me out. At times , just want to throw in the towel and go eat a sundae !!oh well
