losing only a pound a week, but it's better than gaining! ive been taking pictures of myself once a week and the difference in the pictures are giving me much more motivation than the scale! im having a hard time right now because i just tore a tendon in my ankle and i am forbidden from walking, jogging, running and even cycling. im still going to the gym almost every day but i can only do weights - i just hope that will be enough to keep my weight loss up until i can do cardio again!
