I worked out this morning for the first time in a few years. Mainly a short cardio work out. I cannot believe how much I love the adrenaline rush. Boy do I miss it. It makes you feel really A-L-I-V-E again. Hopefully, I don't drive my co-workers nuts with the added energy. Motivation is high today... but I am aware there will be a crash. I just need to keep moving. :D
