Yesterday, I broke down when talking about calorie intake. I really do not feel my intake is poor. At times, I need more portion control. Eating 1880 calories a day is doable, I just need to make a conscious effort to log my intake to I know where I am at through-out the day. Controlling my intake and no sign of weight loss will really cause me to feel awful. I weighed 125 most of my life but now I am 216.6 lbs and cannot stand to see it anymore. My significant weight gain occurred when I had my son eight years ago. I breast feed and unfortunately, the weight did not come off they said it would. Now will occasional exercise and monthly hikes of about 5 miles, I am in trouble weight wise. I am not blaming having a child for my weight, but that is when the significant weight gain occurred.

I joined a "Biggest Loser" weight loss group at work and want to lose weight to help myself and also to not disappoint my team. I am considering going to the gym e/o day with a friend before work. I gained a lot of energy from working at the gym before work in the past. Unfortunately, even with a trainer, the weight did not come off.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 January 2013:
1845 kcal Fat: 75.45g | Prot: 48.01g | Carb: 220.85g.   Breakfast: tap water, schwan breakfast sandwich. Lunch: tap water, granny smith apple, Oscar Meyer Lunchable turkey with crackers, country time lemonade. Dinner: 2% fat milk, philly steak sandwich hillshire farms (2 servings equal one sandwich). Snacks/Other: oreo cookies, gummies, market pantry caramels. more...
