Couldn't sleep very well last night due to stress (yearly review day today), so when I woke up I was dying for some coffee. Knowing how bad coffee spikes my blood sugar and that it is a no no for induction... I chose decaf with 1 splenda packet... yuck. But thank goodness that's still the only craving I've had. Cutting out coffee was like cutting off my security blanket, but in all honesty waking up early and having protien for breakfast I don't necesarily need the coffee anymore.
Body is very sore from my workout yesterday so I think I'll skip any kind of real excersize tonight. Starting to feel little improvements here and there, a blazer that is usually a little snug didn't feel so bad today... :)
