We are going to follow a low calorie diet trying to hit our daily allowances too reduce fat, carbs, and sodium. Trying to eat more whole foods. We have been eating more locally grown whole foods but journaling has really kept me on track and away from alot of the processed foods and sugars we still have in the house. And from just noshing as I clean, which is a big problem for me.
Focus is on exercise today b/c our dog is at his daycare. So i have freedom to do aerobics. I'll be Sweating to the Oldies old scholl style today bc i KNOW Richard Simmons can ease me into being a fit person again. I am trying to set small goals and try not to let this overwhelm me. By the end of this year I want to be climbing mountains!
