I am so disappointed because this is all gained from alcohol more than anything. This has been a very shitty week but this weekend I'm going to Colorado I hope I find a little piece of mind there and bring it home with me.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
