One week gone. Not much weight off. We always want amazing results and big numbers....but, need to be satisfied that I'm lower than what I was last week. My goal is 5 lbs a month, so just keeping that in mind.
Every little bit helps!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
