Today is the start of a new outlook on my eating. I'm going to try my best to write all the food consumed down each day and watch my calorie count. I've done pretty poorly up to now. I want some weight off by May when I go on my trip. I want to feel more comfortable. Adding a little more exercise at a time also. Get to the Y and walk that 1/2 hour on the treadmill. Get outside and walk the neighborhood.
Set small goals so they won't seem so far out of reach. It will give me the opportunity of accomplishing a task and feeling good about it. Use the support of my TOPS friends more.
Learn to recognize better how my body has to work to digest all this food I put into it each day and how it affects my blood sugar and cholesterol. I want to be healthier and live feeling good.
