I am back and ready to rock! I got on the scale this morning and was extremely ticked off at myself. 330! Son of a… Anyway, it’s probably mostly contributed to salt content as my mom made manwhich last night with ground Turkey. She tries to make it take like hamburger = salty! I also have ran out of my Vitamin D & Thyroid Med. I’m waiting on the Dr for the results of my blood tests so that I get hopefully get more. I can definitely tell a difference without the Vita D supplement. I feel so tired and warn down.
I’m also considering making a few meals from this “Engine 2 Diet” I saw on tv the other day. I’ve always said that us humans are suppose to eat from the land, not a box. I’m a big believer of that but have never followed my own advice lol. After looking over my food diary, I really don’t eat too many veggies or fruit. Shame on me! I know better than that! Maybe I’ll start making the lunch meals, I think that’s my biggest pitfall anyway. I’m also going to start walking on that elliptical. I’m just going to have to make time for it whether I feel like walking or not. I need to move my caboose!
