ANOTHER DAY

Up a pound
But that's OK.
This new day
I'll try to stay
With healthy eating
All the way.
A little walk
Will strengthen joints,
And after all
That's the whole point.
I won't become
Some glamorous doll.
A healthier me
Is best of all!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
