Weighted myself this morning and very, very disappointed!!!
I have stayed the same weight since last week even though I had a great week, with two days eating a 'fast' diet (5-600 cals) and did loads of excercise.

Hopefully there will be another loss in the next day or two .....!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We all have weeks like that. It could be something simple as too much sodium, muscles retaining water to help them heal from exercise, your body adjusting, etc. We don't always see the results from what we do one week till the next week or later. Consistency is key! Stick with it, your doing great.
