finally following this more closely. still no exercise.
no tastes of this and that that are pure carbs. sure wish someone would come up with an app that measures net carbs and uses Atkins like Data.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hate that the fatsecret app doesn't show you net carbs! There is an atkins app though so you could get that. I think I like fatsecret overall better though so I don't use the atkins one.

You can reset your tracker to record both total carbs and net carbs. It's right under the pie chart at the bottom right....good luck to you both.
