finally following this more closely. still no exercise.
no tastes of this and that that are pure carbs. sure wish someone would come up with an app that measures net carbs and uses Atkins like Data.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Atkins has it's own app that does this!

This app will calculate net carbs - go to your account settings under your tool box, click the box to calculate net carbs and unclick the box for total carbs.
