Well I asm on day 3 and going strong. I just keep moving forward to a new me. I am keeping positive in regards to this cj=hange in my life. I Know I can do this.l I am strong!!!!!!!!!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
