so biggest loser scale says which is awesome. mine at home probably says less as i wear less either way loss is a loss just under 1kg (900g) in a week. The system is working so i just have to keep it going. Come on 189!
191.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
