well as much as i am loathe to see the numbers go up i know its because i didnt stick to the workout/ eating plan. every meal counts! overall still happy 189 here i come!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
