Yesterday was the cheat day. Today - Sunday is 1800 calories. I can do this again. Just starting is always so hard. I will do warrior fit Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week. Low back exercises Tuesday - Sunday. Cardio (probably Turbo Jam) Monday and Friday. Walking Saturday.
