My Downfall So I have figured that my greatest downfall is being alone or the weekend. This is when I seem to eat more. Maybe because I don't stay active enough during the weekend or something. During the week it's going to work then going to work out for a couple hours. By the time I get home I'm too tired to do anything else so I make myself something to eat for supper and then head to bed or go on the computer. I need to start being more active and aware of my eating on the weekends or all of this exercise and everything I do during the week will be wasted.
