Another day. Funny how we expect to get up in the morning and notice visable progress. I have to keep in mind that it will take a good 4 weeks for me to really notice weight loss in how my clothing fits. I didn't gain this in a heartbeat....but sure wish I could take it off in one. Have a good day. Keep on keepin' on!
