I've increased my jogging time on the treadmill to 30 minutes. Can you say, KICK BUTT??? LOL You know you're becoming a bit obsessed when the lights go out in the gym, and you continue to step away on the stair stepper. They had to tell us, "Um, sorry, but the lights are out... You can stay here, but don't stay in the front, it's very dark." I don't know what made the lights go out, but when that girl wouldn't stop talking about the lights being out, I packed my stuff and left.

I enjoy jogging on the treadmill. It's very relaxing for me. I can't believe I'm able to last 30 minutes! I told Pat the last time I ran everyday for at least an hour, I lost LOTS and LOTS of weight. Now I'm no longer in my twenties, and my metabolism isn't as good, but I think if anything, all this running will be very healthy for me.

WOW you jog for 30 min!!!! I don't really jog because of my knees. I sometime think about just jogging to see how far and how long i would last. lol
