Weight goes up... of course. Even though I worked out for two hours yesterday and only ate bad ONE day this weekend. It's either the sodium from the pizza or muscles from the workout... but still. Ridiculous. I hate how my body does this sometimes. I work HARD, damnit, now show me the losses I DESERVE! Grr....

I work out everyday and my weight stays the same I figuring it's got to be toning itself my clothes fit really well and my energy level is at the top. Im sure you get some kind of weight balance you doing a fantasic job

Wow at that 2-hour work out! Thumbs up for that. I only manage to kick my arse out of the chair/bed for an hour. I know how you feel. Sometimes you work really hard and all the efforts are fruitless. Probably we gotta work harder. haha! Don't let that get you down. Keep the good work. It will pay off soon. :D
