"When the student is ready... The Teacher Appears!!" To think I have been "working out" all these years, even entered a few "bodybuilding show" and today I can officially say is the VERY 1st BODYBUILDING workout I have ever had!!! Looking to ADD a very Volume INTENSE POWER PHASE type workout to my 3 Muscle Building days, my Jani Boo-Boo finds me the new in 2013 is the old, way old and original, Train HARD like the King "ARNOLD"...

So I finally open and READ (what a concept!)
The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding,

Thumb thru the Basics and get to Advanced Level II (which is alomost to the T the workouts Arnold and Franco did in the Vintage Documentary "Pumping Iron" Circa 1976 Chronicling Arnolds Final Olympia Run...

Arnold does HARD CORE, HEAVY Weights for HOURS!!!
What's interesting is that while I have always know about it, it never occurred to me to do it, maybe because the time, maybe because "modern Science has developed so many NEW and Exciting "quick" workouts from HIIT cardio to "6 second abs infomercials"...

And yet mostly because what I thought I was doing was bodybuilding.. And obviously I was for 45 to 90 mins at a time... From the IRONMAN to ANACONDO... But never have I experienced this!

Bottom Line, today's workout followed to the T from pg 208 in the BOOK in one word... IT WAS; "WAR" 3 and 1/2 hours... let's try that again... THREE and a HALF HOURS!!! L A Fitness was my Temporary HOME Today.

And while I enjoyed every minute of it there were so many Challenges, I felt like it was my first day in the gym, I felt like a rookie, from managing my energy reserves (needed to carb load every hour) to my Right Calf LOCKING UP somewhere at the 1hr10min Mark, I found a way to not only FINISH but after hour 2 I was HUNGRY for MORE!

It was Fantastic and with ALOT of GOOD FOOD and TONS of rest I get to do it AGAIN tomorrow...

Officially Workout #1 that I did today is to be done 3x's (M,W,F)
and Workout #2 that I'll do tomorrow (T,T and Sat)

Yet I will only be doing Workout #1 and Workout #2 ONCE every 6 Day Cycle... This will truly ADD the Muscle Size Need to DOMINATE in 167 more days!!

To think this book was sitting in my Library since 2008, life truly is full of Adventure!
