After all of my concern about not getting on the scale all week, I got on this morning, and SUCCESS! I'm down 12 pounds since starting. So pleased my work paid off. Completely motivating to keep going.
On another issue, my friend who is acting as my support system (and I for her) accompanied me to the gym today to do cardio - my nemesis. We were running and talking (between wheezes), and had gone for 40 minutes before we realized the time had gotten away from us. THAT'S the way cardio should be.
