hope to shift some of these inches as well as some lard over the next few weeks!

Been invited to a house warming, "Sicilian Style" loads of great food and wine, just what I needed on my first day of the '14lbs' challenge
207.9 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
