I did not wake up early to exercise yesterda yand today but hoping to make up over the weekend. I have been doing better with my diet though. Still having a couple of healthy snacks inbetween meals but I am confident I can do better over the next coming weeks,
on diet SeemaR's own diet

Don't stress over missing your exercise. Just increase each day for 5 min extra each day which you won't notice then in 6 days you make up the 30 min missed. :)

I amde up on Saturday with 60 mins on treadmill ! yipee !
