Was absolutely knackered the whole week, but today is the first day of having some energy back!! Either ketosis is starting to kick in, or I'm just having that Friday feeling..
148.8 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 January 2013:
1625 kcal Fat: 133.09g | Prot: 80.50g | Carb: 22.24g.   Breakfast: coffee, butter, coconut oil, plain greek yogurt, strawberry, cinnamon. Lunch: sour cream, bacon, butter, cheese, cauliflower, coconut oil, coffee, butter. Dinner: zucchini, coconut oil, vegetable broth, natural tofu. Snacks/Other: egg, mackerel. more...

And the weight recording has a bug in it..it doesn't take into account if you change the start weight in the settings.. Boo!

At least I am not the only one who entered an inaccurate weight and am now stuck with it. It makes me wince a bit every time I see my stats showing that I am still above my starting weight when I have actually lost about 4 pounds. The site overall shows the correct numbers but the LCHF section ignores it. Boo, indeed!
