I'm feeling a little bit discouraged because the past 2 days have been rough on the scale, but I know that I've been doing everything right so I'm just going to keep at it and see what happens. Food is far less expensive when you cook it yourself.

"the past 2 days have been rough on the scale"- Just a word of advice...they say not to weigh yourself everyday. If I were you, weigh yourself just once a week in the morning when you first wake up. This might help you to stay positive? Good Luck!

My trainer and good freind says (and he trained supermodels!) DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF! Instead go by how you feel, how you look and feel in your clothes and look in mirror.
I agree. he reminds me of this all the time.

PS. If you are building muscle, it weighs more. Scale goes up. So see?
