Food is going well. I tried out a new Low Carb Brownie recipe to see if I could calm down the chocolate cravings caused by my period. It seems to be working and the carb counts are GREAT!
I have been able to stay under 20 carbs with no problems. Though I'm not getting enough veggies in my diet. I am getting lots of water--thank goodness!
Even with NO added salt and drinking 100+oz of water/day, I'm still gaining weight due to my period. Some people are able to maintain during this week and then get back onto losing once TOM is gone. I, on the other hand, gain as much as 15lbs during the week then once its gone I lose that weight in about 2 days-thankfully. Even with KNOWING this is what's happening, it is very frustrating and I have to work very hard to keep it from being my demise.
