I suspect some of this weight gain might be muscle gain, cause about a week ago I weighed 56.3. But then again, I have been eating pretty badly... crisps, 2 servings of ice cream a day, sweets chocolate, products with wheat in it etc... So can't be surprised by this. Thank goodness for my fatsecret though, cause you end up realising HOW badly/well you're treating your body, and the nutrients you put in. I love this tool cause then I get to guage my food composition, and make adjustments of my food intake where needed.
