Need to follow my RDI closer. Even though I don't feel like eating anything. Not eating yesterday, was just like when I first got sick. I ate because I knew I should, not because I wanted to. Yesterday's fever 100.5 with headache. Hands and feet are cold more often. Feel ok right now. Thursday evening to Friday evening felt worse than I had in a while. Tuesday, Wednesday, and most of Thurday were great. I thought I was getting better unquestionably (being very hungry and all). Thursday evening through Friday evening, have me wondering. "WHAT'S GOING ON???"
Blood work ordered today. Answers, resolutions, are coming!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
