Well I've definitely been giving her 100% the last 5 or 6 days. Working out for 2 days and then taking one off. All the crunches and reverse crunches I have been putting in, my poor abs need a break. Just got a bunch of housework to catch up on today, excerise in my books thats for sure.

Trying not to give myself a time limit for when this weight will all be gone, though I am hoping by Christmas to be down to my actual goal 160. That would mean it will have taken me almost exactly a year to drop 100 lbs. Seems like a tall order, but I have faith in myself. If I am not at goal by Christmas, I refuse to beat myself up. I know I will be THAT much happier and THAT much closer to where I want to be. I plan on enjoying next summer to the fullest! Thin and healthy and showin off the new bod! hehe.
