Today, my khakis screamed when I put them on. They are very uncomfortable. I look forward to being 190 by Dec 25th 2013. Melissa is dieting as well. We are going to work together on this. I need to be healthy. I need to lose 7 pounds a month to reach my goal. That is 1.75 pounds a week.
