Day two. Lets see how it goes. My worst time is going to be at night. That is joy snack time. Maybe I should just go to bed earlier. T.V. Time is the worst.

Night time snacking is a bad time for a lot of us! So you are definately not alone on that one. Here are a few suggestions that I have heard, keep your hands busy, drink water, or this one I have yet to try do some exercises or stretches during commercials. good luck, you can do this! :D

Snacks are one of my biggest challenges. You can try having a slice of bacon and an ounce of cheese cut into small nibbling sizes and a bottle of water. Take a good swig of water between nibbles. It helps me slow down and make my small snack last longer.

I can so relate to the nighttime snacking. I try to have something to occupy my mind while I'm watching tv.
