oh wow I can not sleep! This makes 2 nights in a row that this has happened. I never have problems with sleep. I'm concerned it is because of the carb restriction. I'm also concerned that this will inhibit me from getting up at 5 to walk before getting the kids up and going to work.

It actually IS probably due to the carb restriction. Your body is doing exactly what you're trying to get it to do, which is enter a state of Ketosis. The insomnia will subside, but until then, you might try taking Melatonin.
