Donna Mashburn's Journal, 08 May 2019

It's been 15 months since I was this weight. It is amazing how the weight creeps on and the time goes by. All the moving, remodeling and eating every meal out. The stress levels were horribly high and my sleep habits bad. Sugar, sweets and baked goods abounded. You finally come out the other side and look back and go "Wow, how did I get there?" And the surgery for the Afib in January. Now I just want to narrow down the focus to staying on track, doing the keto, learning about it and getting myself to where I feel good and feel good about myself again. Thankfully the husband is supportive and knows that I felt better when my weight was lower and I exercised more, so maybe he'll help and coach me a little better than last time. My sister and bro-in-law are also doing the keto, so we have been able to talk and compare which is helpful and supportive. Just need to stick with it. Let's see what happens.
