hi again, another day. didnt exercise but walked alot.
for dinner i had cooked grilled salmon, 1/2 boiled yam,
and steamed string beans with steamed mushrooms in butter and red oinions. I drank red jacket apple cidar. deeeelicious. I feel great when i eat healthy. i just wish i could take off more pounds quicker.
