drinking lots of water and taking kyolic garlic tab 2x a day, am and pm releases excess water.Keeps u healthy with change of weather.
Cut out pies, cakes, donuts, sweets except peppermint or peice of dark choc when needed. sometimes i can go weeks without and other times i need dark choc every other day.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
