Starting week nine I'm going to plan on drinking more water yet (trying to make it to a gallon a day). I'm a little over 1/2 a gallon now. I think this will help move it along a little more. Not much time to write this morning, have to go to work but weight in was good :D I lost 1.5 lbs, seeing that I had been sick last week and I thought I would gain, I'm happy with this! I have officially lost over 30 lbs now :D

Congrats honey! I only lost 0.6 this last week. Since I was down a couple pounds yesterday, I'm sure the late dinner last night is a big part of that. Probably have a good week next week though.

That's so good. I'm going to try to drink more water too. Just stick with it. Today was just not good for me ill do better tomorrow. Keep up the good work!!;)
