Starting week nine I'm going to plan on drinking more water yet (trying to make it to a gallon a day). I'm a little over 1/2 a gallon now. I think this will help move it along a little more. Not much time to write this morning, have to go to work but weight in was good :D I lost 1.5 lbs, seeing that I had been sick last week and I thought I would gain, I'm happy with this! I have officially lost over 30 lbs now :D
