ha ha -I knew that chocolate kiss would kick my butt. seriously tho, gaining a pound overnight? Glad I read in NANY about the 4 lbs flucuation of water in the body and will use the average three days method to watch the trend.

Yes those fluid gains are the pits..but at least you know all you have to do to get rid of it is more fluids in the way of water or coffee..Have a great day...:O)
