Ok the third day of the year and I need to start dieting. First off just want to say I don't like exercising or thinking about what I eat...LOL. Ok so now that I said it - get over it chubby and do something about it. I am at 161 pounds and I am 51 years old. According to the Charts my Ideal Weight should be 125. Bottom line I need to lose 36 pounds. Now I just need to figure out how to get there. I also need to find out how many calories I can consume. I love to eat.....

I am just starting on my diet too. Something that wish I had done a lot sooner. So instead of weighing 161 lbs, I need to lose that much! I wish you well on your journey.
