Ok back to square one. I was 161 in 2013 fast forward 2 years and I am now 164...Oh Vay....I need to diet. I am now prediabetic and need to lose 34 pounds to get out of the obese catagory and hopefully prevent Type 2 Diabeties!!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
