What a great start to New Year's 2013! I went to the gym today, and I did elliptical and I finally was able to do that mile on the track. I am so pleased about that! Also, on the gym scale, I have lost another pound. This is going to be amazing - this past Friday I weighed 176 and I have already lost 2 pounds and I may lose another before this coming Friday. I am psyched! I am the slowest runner on the track. The only people I pass are the walkers. I DON'T CARE. I am getting ready to walk the dog. To reward myself after the gym, I got a cup of decaf coffee. Whoo hoo, walk on the wild side! I have been doing pretty well with the no diet soda, but I do admit that last night, New Year's Eve, I had a couple, and this year, New Year's Day, I have had 2. Still very much trying to cut down. Thank goodness there is tea. I love iced tea and I would almost rather drink that than soda. Starting a new job on Monday, lots of changes, really looking forward to other positive things in 2013.
