Well, the holidays are officially over and I gained 3 pounds which is not good but not that bad either as quite a bit of excess took place. So it is time to start keeping track of my food and liquids and use my new Low Sodium cook book. I stocked up with my low sodium snacks yesterday and have no excuse to eat out again for a long time.
