3 Pounds gone. I am happy and of course disappointed at the same time because isn't that the nature of all dieters. We are glad to see any loss but always feel it should have been more or what did I do wrong. I am determined not to do that this time. I will just be happy no matter what the loss is as long as it is a loss.

Great Job! Better to be a 3 lb loss than a 3 lb gain. Every pound counts. Keep up the good work.
