Went walking by myself today, my friend Diana went on vacation for the 4th of July holiday. She has stuck with me Mon-Fri. for 2 months! It's so nice to have someone follow through on things. She was even willing to walk earlier when I had a dentist appointment and was going to walk about an hour earlier than our usual time. Went a different route today, twice around the park then around the big circle (which has big hills!) it was only 4 miles though, was hoping for 5 today, but with the hills, I know I got a good workout. Steps: 10,673, 4 miles. Total miles this week Mon-Fri: 20
